Positive: Hard to say because it was under construction people working on the roof landscaping incomplete nobody on site as facilities is more like Airbnb cabins road under construction, severe weather and power outage admitted impossible to make a complete judgment. It was well overpriced had to pay in advance with no option saw it advertised in the community for $70 a night. We paid $165 per night restored shipping container. Very nice owners.

Negative: Although as a genius level three, I get certain benefits, one being I don’t have to pay till I get there. They contacted me immediately and said you must pay in full or your place won’t be guaranteed didn’t like that and when I got there, I would’ve sought other lodging because of the incomplete facility highway construction and distance from the community. I lived in this town for seven years. I was never familiar with this location as it is brand new and not complete as time goes you’ll have to see but their method of collection probably was due to the fact that if we’ve gone there and had the option, we wouldn’t have stayed there. Unfortunately a Caribbean cold Front came in in the middle of summer and we froze as we did not prepare for cold weather and heavy rain and high winds power went out so we had to pack up at five in the morning and seek shelter. I don’t like writing reviews like this, but it’s the truth.

Positive: The view from the house on the Baru is amazing. The tiny house is very nice, and the living space on the veranda is very comfortable and nice. I would recommend it. The place is quiet in the high of the city. We loved the attention and support received by the hosts.

Negative: I'd like the kitchen accessories to be a bit more adapted/bigger to cook for 2 persons and remove decorative pillows from the bed as the space is reduced. Also please consider solar panel to warm the shower water.

Summary: Very nice view and attention.
